Visiting La Nata in Guaynabo was such a wonderful experience. The pastéis de nata were absolutely delicious. It was crispy, creamy, and flavorful, just as authentic and memorable as the ones we enjoyed in Portugal. Every bite had the perfect balance of flaky pastry and smooth custard. The cortadito and cappuccino were also excellent, pairing perfectly with the pastries and rounding out the experience.
What truly made our visit special was the hospitality. The owner, Gyan, personally welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He even took the time to sit with us and listen to our stories about traveling to Portugal, which made us feel like we were right back there again. That personal touch made the visit not just about great food, but about connection and culture as well.
