I went to Harstans to have my mothers diamond ring made into a pendant. Eddie guided me into having a setting custom made. I was skeptical about the whole process, and very nervous to leave my Moms diamond, but Eddie was very reassuring. Well he blew it out of the park!!!! It turned out exquisite, I am so thankful for this wonderful experience! Eddie definitely knows his profession, everyone should patronize...

My family has been going to Harstans in Guilford for over 30 years and we absolutely love it. The service is great and very accomodating. Eddy pays attention to detail and only wants the best for you. My fiancé and I just bought our wedding bands from him and we couldn’t be happier. I have been to Harstans a number of times for different needs - buying gifts for family and friends, for myself, repairs, etc. All of my experiences have been great - the staff is friendly, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to Harstans especially when you are not sure what you would like - they make good recommendations! Pricing is reasonable and fair....
