I made an appointment over the phone months ago. It was at 7:30am and they said to arrive 15 min early. I showed up for my appointment but the office hours listed were at 8am so I wasn’t sure how long to stay or why my appointment was so early. I waited til 7:30 and even called them. I decided to leave and head back for 8am and they called me at around 7:39am asking where I was. Apparently, the office doors open at 7:30 but even the receptionist wasn’t sure if they “would open” at that time. I asked if I could come back at 8am and they said no. Earliest appointment is in April of next year. Complete waste of my time/ no clarity on office hours or arrival time. Why would they ask me to come in 15 min early if they knew the business doesn’t open until maybe 7:30? Not to mention, I would only have a 30 min appointment which does not seem...

I wish there was a way to give zero stars to this medical group! The office staff is extremely rude to the point of making a person wonder how this office stays in business. They do not listen to what the patient is saying, they just want to read off their "script". If you want an experience like you are talking to an outsourced operator, by all means, call this office. If you want a medical office that listens to you and cares about their clients, please seek care...

Wonderful experience. I have had terrible experiences with Dr offices and they were wonderful. So absolutely kind checking in and out. The nurse was incredibly nice and the Dr. One of the best I've seen. Was quick concise listened to exactly what I was saying. In no way made me feel bad about anything I wasn't taking care of. N literally the fastest appt time ever without feeling at all rushed. Thank u...
