This place is fantastic. The service is top-notch and the staff is committed to helping you. Alex K. was my salesman and he took the time to help me through numerous options for expanding a household of two iPhones into a family with five iPhones. Alex followed through when he committed to contact me when the next Apple promotion was offered, and in short order helped me and my family get what we both needed and wanted. Highly recommend and would visit again!

I recently had an issue with my phone as they aren’t a corporate store their hands were tied and couldn’t do anything for me. 5 days later I walked back in same issue. The manger David was very understanding and exhausted every issue to get me a working phone. I have never been a customer of this store. He pulled out a loaner phone made sure it worked activated it to my account and said “return it once you get your insurance replacement” seriously an amazing company. Every time I go into this location I have a phenomenal customer service experience. Today, Hayley, who I call the magical phone wizard, helped me pick out a new phone and answered questions for me about my bill. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Verizon plans and features of the available phones. She even found a way to decrease my monthly cost! She helped me pick the perfect phone based on my needs, and she attended to every single last detail of the set up and accessories.
