Not sure why some people call this place a dive. I think they use the term too loosely because they haven't been to an actual dive. You usually don't see dive bars in areas where the houses across the street sell for over 700k. I found the Country Tavern to be charming with a clean, well kept interior that is comfortable and relaxing and their menu offers up - some really good down to earth and delicious comfort food. I just had my 2nd meal there so I wanted to give them my thanks. Their burgers are among the best I've had... period. I really like their hot wings as well and french fries are great. Buster told us which burgers his mommy made that were the bestest, and he was completely right. He made sure the floor was promptly cleaned up and settled down for his mandated 15-minute union break in his beddy underneath a table.
