Five Stars for customer service! I was in town visiting family, I rode with my sis and her husband to a gym which was just down the street from CrossFit ABB. I can't remember the name of that gym, they were nice and all, but it was not a CrossFit facility. I felt lost around all the machines and treadmills. So I told my sis that I was going to Uber down the street and get a CF work out in, and they could just pick me up in an hour. I called AAB CrossFit and found out the box had 24 hour access (kool) with online registration. When I informed the manager that I did not have my glasses with me to register on my phone, he informed me that he would drive to the box to meet me there and sign me in. I let him know I was gonna Uber over and that I would be right there. .. Then he immediately called me back and said he would pick me up! Which he did, saving me an Uber ride. Now that's customer service!

AAB CrossFit has everything a person needs to get your work done. The box was clean and well organized. And of course the customer service was top-notch. I purchased a two-day pass, and came back the next day. I appreciate the CrossFit...

Requesting a day pass was overly complicated, as you have to register and pay online, then get a door key code. It would've been much easier if an employee was just available at the gym. Day passes are $15 and for seven days, it's $30. It felt like the owner was trying to accommodate all fitness types, as I noticed equipment for not only the standard user, but also CrossFit and power-lifting. This made the facility very crowded and difficult to maneuver around. A lot of the equipment was dusty, simply due to no one using it. Only 2.5 stars, but I was happy to at least find a good set-up...

I travel a lot for work and found this gem in Gulf shores. My schedule is pretty hectic so It being open 24 hours was perfect. The inside has everything. The back room is where I spent most of my time. It has all the cross fit equipment a fitness lover could ask for. It also has Cardio and machines. This gym covers all fitness types. It’s very clean and well organized. They even provide workout towels! Valerie assisted me in getting my week pass set up and the process was so quick and easy I wish all gyms operated as efficiently as this one. Thank you for a great experience...
