Wish I could give 0 stars. As someone in retail/customer service myself, I fully understand how this business should operate. If you go buy a phone, they are great. If you have any issues or questions, worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They are not only rude, lazy, and unhelpful, but if you’re nice they refuse to help you. I’ve never once received better service by being rude, but apparently that’s what this place wants. Take your business elsewhere if you have any sense. I went two days in a row. Was first told they couldn’t help me, after asking why they don’t have any customer service; I was then assisted by the store manager. She was nice and helpful but not till I demanded it. The larger guy who was there a month prior when I went to inquire about the awful WiFi service I pay for, was also there the second day. He told me I need to go to a corporate store to receive help re-activating a sim card. After asking if that’s where I should have done business the whole time, he all of a sudden “remembered” he could help me. It took 3 minutes. Pure laziness. In my line of work, the nicer someone is the more assistance they receive. If you need help from this store, do not be nice, you won’t receive any assistance. Awful way to run a business.    Read moreI went into this at 10am on 4/2/2025 to pick up a phone I had ordered online. The guy (no name tag on when was there) that was working was on the phone and as soon as I walked in looked at me as if I was inconveniencing him. Then as he supposed to be helping me he answers his phone again to tell someone he needs to call them back. There was zero customer service put forward by this guy. I asked about the trade in I had submitted with Verizon and he proceeds to say that's through Verizon online and how I should've come to the store cause "you just gave someone in Indonesia $1.50". I don't know anyone who wants that kind of comment when they just spent a lot of money on a new phone.
Bottom line here is, the lack of any kind of customer service from this guy was kind of shocking. I would've rated 1 star but the fact is I got the phone I had come there to pick up.
