Monster Smoke Shop- Gulf Shores — Local services in Gulf Shores

Came in to buy some juice and a coil but this shop doesn't sell coil singles only by the box. I had told him it was a Zeus coil thinking he would have more knowledge on the subject and make sure the coil was right. He handed it to me with certainty when I stayed in the shop to set up my tank I noticed right away it was incorrect. The coil was not used had no juice on it was simply taken out of the package. I asked if had the correct one he went over and grabbed another box still hadn't looked at the coil I brought in or help in any way I didn't want to mess up his product so I had to make sure it was right. I went back to the still new incorrect coil back in box and take the little foil and place it back over. After finally finding the right coil I again set up my tank and letting him know where I had put the incorrect coils were to ease his mind but on my walk out he says I must pay for this box of coils as well I explain to him the coil is unused and has no juice there should be no issue plus he was the one that should know what he was selling. He insisted no one would buy it now but a unused coil that can easily be explained to a customer. I reminded him he was the one that asked no questions and assumed he had the correct Zeus coil as did I people make mistakes. I then told him what would I even do with coils I can't use for my tank save em for what? He insisted again that I pay I refused while he was trying to help another customer I realized I was being held up. He prays on tourist so if you don't know your exact kinda coil...

I've been In a few times since they opened and I've had great customer service each time. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I like the environment and overall service. I had a particular issue and the owner was quick to resolve it. Which means a lot to me. I definitely recommend this shop out of the others in the area.
