The one star is for customer service. This past month my friend, who I introduced to this store, visited twice. Once with her aunt and then with me. Both times she as well as myself were ignored. They weren't busy. The store is half the size of a storage container so there is absolutely no way we couldn't be seen. My friend had seen a pair of slacks she liked but walked out the first time due to being ignored. So we tried again. I wanted to look at bathing suits and she wanted to get those slacks. Maybe that really nice sales lady we met when I first took her in the store would be working. Unfortunately she wasn't there, it was the same sales people that ignored her and her aunt. I tried talking to one of them, after she waited on a customer that came in after us but once again ignored. Unbelievable I thought, so once again we left not to ever return. Sad to see because I had shopped at their other location, next to Target and thought they had went out of business. The store definitely has nice, unique, well tailored clothing but regardless high or low end product customer service...

I’m a frequent visitor to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach but this was my first time shopping at Too Hot Mamas. I came here after seeing many posts about them on Facebook. I came in looking for a swimsuit and Cindy did an incredible job helping me find 2 suits that are so cute! They carry both standard and plus sizes and have a large selection of high quality bikinis, one-piece and tankinis in beautiful colors and pattern selections. Cindy even found a shirt for my husband as they have a small selection of men’s wear as well. I’m looking forward to coming back on our next visit and bringing my girlfriends! Omygosh OMYGOSH If YOU have not been to Too Hot Mama’s GET THERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! That might be the most fun I’ve ever had buying a swim suit! I’ve had some medical issues over the last year that have caused me to be very uncomfortable in a swimsuit- BRENDA just took her time and HELPED me soooo much! Not only did I get a gorgeous sexy suit, I got the cutest dress in cooling swimsuit fabric!!!! I wore it all day with sandals and wore it tonight to dinner with wedges and got so many compliments!!!
