Hey y’all! I want to let everyone know my experience with Southern Charm.

I 💯 recommend interior designer, Brittany. She is extremely helpful, professional and she really has a great sense of style. But as far as designers, I would stick with her only. My experience has not been the same with another designer there. Brittany took care of a situation and made it work out for us. She really looks out to help her clients. As a result of her kindness, she made something difficult easy. . She went out of her way for our family to get our furniture delivered on the day we requested. I feel like she’s family, she’s so amazing.

I’d give her 100 stars if I could. Keep in mind, She doesn’t work on Monday, so please save yourself the problems you could have with someone else. She’s the best. I have a lot more to purchase through her this weekend and I look forward to it! Thank you Brittany and thank you to the owner for also making things work together!!!

I truly believe the prettiest furniture is at Southern Charm. I’ve looked everywhere, so I’m being very honest here. Their selection is the best along with their designer...

My husband and I have purchased a lot of furniture over the some 46 years of marriage. So, needless to say, we have been to many stores and met many sales people in that process. Southern Charm is probably the nicest and most welcoming place we have ever shopped. Heather, the sales gal, was quick to greet us with a smile, but did not pounce on us! She offered help if and when we needed it. Well, we thought we needed one piece of furniture...which we thought we would never find in our price range. Heather showed us the exact couch we wanted, and a matching recliner, and the perfect coffee table, too. Ok, since we were so lucky we asked if they had a box spring, too. Yep! Great prices, and they set up delivery quickly, too! Delivery communication was amazing. The delivery team...well those two guys were the nicest people, and did a great job bringing it all in undamaged!

I recently purchased a new home, and was really excited to find a lot of what I needed for the home at Southern Charm Design on Pass Rd. In Gulfport, The sales person that helped me select the furnishings for the Living Room was Zoey, she was very knowledgeable and professional. We selected the living room furniture that day, and the store manager assisted in setting up a delivery that would work for me .

Zoey had asked what other furnishings I would need, and she showed me some items for the 2nd bedroom furniture, and other tables and some lamps.

I told her I would have to come back for that later. And I did the next week. Zoey made sure she’d be available when I returned. I came back furnished the guest bedroom, and bought new lamps and rug to go with the new living room set.
