The customer service here is honestly going to be the downfall of this coffee shop. I don’t know if this is family-owned or not, but the employees definitely need better training. I get that they’re young and inexperienced, but it was crazy. My family decided to visit after seeing this place on Instagram multiple times. When we arrived, they were fully staffed three girls, two boys, and a man who I assume was the manager on duty. Out of all of them, only one girl (with glasses) was actually helping customers. She was the only one making drinks and food, which made the service painfully slow, while the others sat near us laughing and doing nothing. It was really disappointing. I couldn’t leave my coworker to handle an order for five people, and when the food finally came, the staff just set it on the table and walked away without a word. No manners, no customer care. To make it worse, some of the young girls were walking around barefoot. This is supposed to be a place of business, hygiene and professionalism matter. I really wanted to like this spot, but based on my experience, the lack of training, poor service, and slow pace completely overshadowed...
