We boarded our two doodles with them for the past week and both returned with kennel cough. As soon as my dogs were in the car they were sneezing and coughing. They aren’t around any other dogs and had zero symptoms a week ago. We picked them up today and called the business and they reported “no issues with kennel cough or like symptoms”. When we dropped the dogs off for the boarding, no records were requested which I thought was interesting but assumed they had gotten them already straight from the vet. We are military and PCSing next week with two sick dogs. I see there is another kennel cough review from four days ago on google. Pitiful.
I called in advance to set up their bath prior to arriving today. Was told they’d be ready by 9 or 10. Arrived at 10:15 and they had just started their baths and a man at the front desk asked me to come back in an hour. What is the point of calling two days ahead for notice if you don’t honor the request or at least give a heads up.

Read moreI’ve used them in the past and didn’t have any issues until now. I called for a price quote to make sure prices are what I’m accustomed to. $60 for bath and haircut. So I made the appointment. My wife dropped off the dog and picked her up afterwards. Then I find out they charged $80 instead of $60. When I called to ask why they said we were charged $20 for de-shedding. I said I didn’t ask for that. They said “maybe” my wife asked for it because they wouldn’t do it without permission. My wife did NOT ask for this she doesn’t even know what it is and I know I didn’t request it! Unsavory business practice to up charge for a service you didn’t even ask for!!! They’re not apologetic about it and didn’t offer any suggestions to even attempt to keep my business. Read moreIt’s unfortunate to give a low review this time around because I usually use them for daycare and boarding, but today when I picked up my dog I noticed all the food that was dropped off was return minus 1 cup of food. So that means from Friday evening to Sunday evening he only had 1 cup of food. I asked the young lady at the front desk about it and she said they feed them twice a day everyday. Maybe if I hadn’t labeled the food then I would’ve believed it, but it was clearly a lie, so I’m not sure if they need to pay more attention during feeding time, or just tell the truth upfront if he didn’t eat much. Then it would’ve been more understandable. But to get essentially the same amount of food that was dropped off is unacceptable.
