When ordering from any fast food place I don't expect a 5 star service. But what I do expect is the customer service to know what's in the food, for example if I ordered a bowl of their chicken ,mashed potatoes, fries, gravy, and corn as it shows on the giant board inside I expect the person who makes it to know the difference between that and their Famous bowl.
This lady blatantly informed us she had no idea the difference between the two items. (She also informed another set of customers the same thing.) That should have been my clue to walk out, especially since she didn't even try to find out the answer. The chicken sandwiches we ordered didn't even have the pickles that come with it. Had we received our food a decent amount of time I wouldn't have even bothered writing a review of this restaurant, but since it tool over 40 minutes to receive our food and we received complaints from the only other customer in the restaurant (her order was incorrect) I felt the need to do so. The owner and management need to take a look at these reviews and conduct some in-house customer service training. In short, our orders were wrong, 2 sandwiches were wrong, 1 bowl was wrong, missing ingredients, and the person making the food was the one taking the order. This is unacceptable, especially when they weren't busy. Not much traffic in the drive-through, only one other customer inside and 40 minutes to receive 3 sandwiches, 1 bowl and 1 box of tenders.
On a side note we informed another customer of how long we were waiting and they left immediately. This crew they had at 12:40 on Wednesday February 14th need some training.

Read moreIt appeared there were a total of three people working at lunch time on a Wednesday. It took a few minutes for Latonya (name on receipt) to come to the counter to take our order. It was difficult to understand what she was saying. I asked what the difference was between the two bowls that were available because there was a tiny picture on the overhead behind the counter and a large picture of another beside the register. She stated, "I don't know." I recoiled at that response, my family of five placed our orders and waited a total of 40 minutes to get our complete order, to which I was also given the wrong bowl, even though the correct one was on the receipt. When taken to the counter, they made a whole new bowl, which was unexpected, when just a few items needed to be added to the one they gave me. Another party of four had came into the restaurant after us, it's possible they had ordered online (unknown), but they received their order before us. While waiting for our food, they had told us the wait was horrible and their order was not correct. When our complete order was delivered the food tasted fine and seemed to be cooked properly (we prayed we wouldn't get sick from it and we haven't). The interior of this restaurant is bright and updated, but tables and chairs weren't wiped down. Read moreUpon entering the store there was a huge over 1 gallon of water on the floor no wet floor sign directly in front of the cash register where I was to place my order I told this to the two attendance up front after a full two minutes of the two people discussing who was going to deal with it one person finally brought a wet floor sign placed it in the middle of the puddle I had to place my order and pay for my order standing in the puddle. After a few minutes we receive our meal went to the far side of the room to eat our meal. We then sat for a few minutes talkin and using our telephones. so after about 35 minutes at the least we left the store. The water puddle and floor sign was still there as we left. no one had bothered to mop it up. This all took place in approximately between 8 and 9 at night I believe this was this past Sunday night. I would just like to know one thing where in God's name do you find such lazy employees to hire. The store was not busy there was only one other couple in the store eating and only one other customer came while we were there.
