Willing to help you but you have to ask for help to get it otherwise they leave alone to do your thing. Most people are familiar with the store & can find things on their own. I took in a piece of furniture taller than myself to be paint matched & they did it. Most of the employees are knowledgeable on everything in the store & can tell you what you need to do diy successfully. Other employees are just high schoolers or people that can do basic things in the store. Each employee has their strength. The manager is the only one with knowledge about everything since he's worked there 20+years & makes sure he knows the best items to have in stock & also the affordable options. They also have unlikely random items. Toys, ammo, lotion, chapstick, candy, free popcorn, cell phone accessories, office supplies, etc. They often have sales & the reward club gives you discounts frequently to use in store & online. Some items online aren't in store but can be shipped there for pickup. The store also serves as the local UPS dropoff location. I don't know if they help with packaging since I've always prepared my packages at home & then just dropped them off ready to ship out. Its a decent store. I am more impressed with this little hardware store with mostly basics than I was with Lowes in Orem that had a ton of stuff but no one knew where anything was or could help in anyway....

We loved our recent experience with Chelsea (if I remember correctly) so much that we came back a second time later in the week to buy more supplies. We really appreciated her knowledge in paint as well as her patient and helpful demeanor as we our made decisions. Certainly a bonus when you ask an associate a question and they confidently provide knowledge-share as opposed to reading the back label of the product in question. Also, we really appreciated Kavon who was so sweet to our 6 year old. He let her "help" assemble some riding toys while the wife and I shopped. Keeping her engaged and entertained made our shopping experience that much more effective and enjoyable for everyone He even shared a couple candies with her.
