Enjoy getting sick? Come here. I came here with my aunt, we called 30 minutes a head of time. Getting there it wasn't ready, there were no clean tables to wait at the floors were awful, looked like they just sweep it under the tables. The kids weren't changing their gloves. I watched one kid with his gloved hand handle cash, wipe is nose on his blue apron, and go back to making food. The floor behind counter was caked in flour and toppings. Watching one kid stand around and talk instead of helping or cleaning. As a manager of a restront I'd fire my crew for that, why not clean your lobby? I will not be coming back ever. Was sick to my stomach watching them make my food. Horrible service, horrible food safety, and horrible hygiene. If you are gluten intolerant, do NOT go here- they tell you the gluten free products they offer are...gluten free, but they aren't. We had a family member end up in the ER after eating a 'gluten free' menu item, and to add insult to injury? When they were called out on it, the owner was rude and snarky although the rest of the staff were actually stellar. Not a nice way to treat paying customers, especially when that paying customer has a rather large dr. bill after several visits to try and resolve their horrific issue after eating their "Gluten Free" food. The last 5-6 times I have ordered from here something has been wrong. Everything from being burnt, completely wrong toppings, undercooked breadsticks.. now I place a call in order, told it will be ready in 30 minutes. Go to pick it up and am told the oven broke right after I placed my order. Gee.. maybe call me back and tell me so kids don’t have to wait even longer for dinner? Being a local.. it’s unfortunate, but that will be the last time I order from coach bs. I would rather drive to Manti or Salina to get pizza.
