I wasn't happy with my hair before I came to mane revival. Hope is amazing, she listened to what I didn't like about my hair and gave me a great option to fix it. I have a ton of hair, and it is changed over the years, it is straight but because I have to wear my hair up for work, it's in a bun daily. So underneath my top layer of hair it is very crimped/wavy not in a good way. I like my hair to be sleek and smooth. She recommended a Brazilian blowout out, no one has ever suggested to me before. I honestly was a little nervous, but she answered all my questions and put me at ease. The appointment was shorter than she scheduled, she made great time. I love mane revival's aesthetic!! It's gorgeous, stylish, and I feel very pampered and comfortable. The staff is great, I received a follow up call to see how I was liking my hair, and if I have any questions to call. Excellent customer service. One of the benefits of the treatment is that it gives me the look and feel I want, without all the work. I'm a wash and go type, I don't use very many products, or take time to style my hair, I don't use heat on my hair. Mostly because I can't do it myself, because I have so much hair. So it's been a few days since the treatment, and today I shampooed my hair using sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I did buy some product from main revival, I will post a picture of the product I am very happy to see that my hair was sleek and silky smooth,very soft. It looks great and I'm very happy with the results. I'm going to leave a picture of what my hair looked like after the appointment, and what it looks like today after shampooing and conditioning at home by myself. Because as I say I'm not going to spend a lot of time doing my hair I really like to have it easy and on the go. I love the way my hair looks and feels!!! It was well worth the expense. I have been going to Hope for 2 years now, and there are an abundance of reasons why I keep coming back. Hope is not only an extremely talented cosmetologist, she is also just a wonderful human being. She never fails to make sure I am heard about my hair concerns/ideas, and she executes amazing hair every single time. I call her my hair magician. She makes you feel so comfortable in her chair, and we have great conversation which I look forward to every time I go. I have also been seeing Zoe, one of the estheticians there. I came to Zoe in search of help for my acne prone skin. So far I have had Dermaplane done a few times, and I received the customized facial. Let me tell you, my skin is on the right track. It has never been so glowy and soft. My acne has calmed tremendously, and I have never been happier. Zoe heard my concerns and recommended products to me which I have been using, and to say the least she knows her stuff. The product has been exactly what I need! Along with skin treatments, I also get my brows tinted and waxed, as well as a brow lamination every now and then. All to which I have been extremely happy with. Other than her knowledge of skincare, Zoe is just so kind and the sweetest. I look forward to our visits every time. Overall, I know I probably have the longest review but this place just meets above and beyond for all services. All the ladies working there are beautiful inside and out, and I can't recommend Mane Revival enough. Don't waste your time...

New client today . Sent pictures as per their request they messaged back that yes the stylist can do this and get you. Arrived before 2 left at 5 $175 for nothing what I asked for. The owner completely ignored me the only person trying to do anything was the receptionist. Went in for a biolage and left with black hair with a few yellow highlights and my hair falling out. Still no response from owner . Do not recommend! You would be better to go to the school picture of what I asked for and the rest of what I left with.

To your response, my hair is curly and she brushed it out she never stated that she could not do it and I have updated a before picture that clearly shows I have curly hair not matted, your response was after you called and admitted that you would never let a client leave your salon with the mess your stylist created and you started that she was not an experienced stylist and that you would offer one of two solutions I could come back in and you would put me with an experienced stylist or if I removed my google review then you would refund clearly you have shown how you do business as the owner never reached out to me personally but had the time to leave a review that is untruthful and very unprofessional. I might add that you added the review response after I agreed to remove mine once you refunded again...
