Updated review. I went in to get a sub fixed twice now that was made wrong in the drive through. Both times I was asked to see the receipt. The order was looked up, the sub was examined. One time I was told the cheese was not put on in a way they do. The customer service was non existent. Why can’t they just take my old sub, admit fault and make it correctly? I reported this to management that said they would address it but it continues to happen so they obviously don’t care.
Original review: OK subs when made right. I constantly have issues when ordering from the drive thru. It says items are available to order but once I order and pay I’m told at the window they don’t have certain items like cookies. Also they mess up my sub orders a lot by adding things I didn’t want or not putting things I asked for. Like I’ll pay for bacon and not get it or ask for no cheese and get cheese. Read moreI have never seen such mediocre servings on sandwiches at any Subway. I repeatedly had to ask for more to make it a reasonable sub. For a 6" sub they put 3 pieces of green pepper. Then 3 jalapenos. Etc. Then my wife told me later the bread for her sub was stale.
I called later to talk to a manager and she explained the employee was likely just following company policy for serving size, which apparently dictates only 3 jalapeno slices. If that is the case, it seems this is the only Subway following the directions to make thin subs.
She offered to look into it and call back, but that never happened.

Another sandwich, steak and cheese with double meat, barely had any meat. And all of the sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together; very sloppy. I have never had this happen at any other Subway. This is the second time this has happened. First time was a few months ago and I thought maybe it was just a new employee and gave them another try.
