Rock Liquor — Local services in Gypsum Township

There was a notice on the cooler that what I was looking for was in the walk in cooler area. I went in, looked around, didn't see it, so walked through the door into the area behind the glass door coolers not noticing the 2" x 6" "employees only" sign amongst the rest of the pricing and advertising signs on that door. An employee admonished me repedibely using "broken record" discipline and reminding me that I'd violated the "employees only" sign. Possibly it would have been better customer service to lead me to what I was looking for and in the process inform me that this cooler area is not intended for customers, and point out the sign. Really pretty darn poor customer service, could have been handled much better. I'll tend to use another store in the future, maybe even the grocery store as strong beer will be available there as of April 1 2019!

Two stars as opposed to one as I've had only good experienced at Rock Liquor up to this one...

Very frustrated with this place.. was in town for a bowling tournament, saw they had a Weller 107 and asked the price.. was in my range, but then was told I’d have to come back tomorrow when the manager who had the key to the cabinet would be there but said I could pay today and pickup tomorrow…I decided I’d wait until tomorrow Sunday (today)… showed up at 12:03 today (3 minutes after they opened) to purchase it they said the lady just left but called her and was told they could be there monday.. after they knew I wouldn’t be there. I don’t think they wanted to sell it.. but don’t waste my time and have my drive back there if you’re not actually going to sell it.. won’t go back in the future and...

I have visited this place frequently and noticed there is a young (ish?) lady that works at the counter that never even looks away from her phone when customers walk in. There will be four customers in line and she’ll not even acknowledge there are people there. All other employees are very respectful and do their jobs diligently. This girl that just sits there and collects a paycheck...
