Surf Factory — Local services in Half Moon Bay

Went there for a visit to purchase some surf gear and apparel for the trip my daughter and I were on. It was 6:12pm when we entered the shop and we started looking around. Hours of operation on GOOGLE Maps said they were open until 7:00pm. (they have since been updated) We were the only ones in the shop other than the rude staff member. At about 6:20pm the female staff member came over to us and asked if we planned to purchase anything because she was closing. I said the store hours show 7pm. She said no that the store closes at 6:30pm however she was closing now at 6:20 to roll the merchandise in from the front door. Very condescending and rude. She asked again, "Are you going to buy anything? If not I need to close." We left in shock and the next day went to another local surf shop and spent over $1,500.00 on the things we actually saw at Surf Factory the night before. Customer service 1st and this place didn't have it. We will NEVER go...

Good selection of clothes and clearance items right outside the door. Worth a stop to look through the shop. They also have a great illuminated picture if you look up...
