Entered, "Hi ma'am, do you take walk ins?" The woman from the store side said, "oh no!!!! Especially not during the holidays!" Condescending laugh! As if a woman of her class would know that. I felt judged. I felt unwelcome and I have short low maintenance hair....no one said hey let's see what we have open. Nope YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! We live far work a ranch and very rarely get to plan much of anything. Y'all are one of the 2 places in town! New comers deserve more. It would have taken all of 10 minutes to trim my hair less to be kind. We have forgotten kindness in this world! We make people feel less than just by the clothes they wear! I'm so tired of being looked down on. I'm so tired of women being judgemental and mean....just mean to other women. You of course don't think you did anything wrong....but you have probably never been looked down upon from up there on...

It was a good experience. Never been there before. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Was gifted a facial. Never had one before. Mary Ann is there 2 days a week by appointment only. The facial was awesome. I know the men would love this as much as the women. She did so much more than I expected. Will definitely go back. Hair, nails, massages, facials and more in...
