Me and my husband went into this smoke shop, the lady so sooo sweet. She answered every question we had. 5 stars to her. The second time I go in and buy a Digi flavor, paid 13.00 which is what the first lady told me. She was easy going. 5 Stars to that young lady! The third time i go in to get a coil and was dumbfounded by the way I was talked to. Still not rude, just surprised by the two guys that were behind the counter. 4 stars. I go in today, I grab the vape i came for. The young man rang me up and came out to 21.00. Im like damn, that went up. We talked about it for a few minutes while he checked to make sure. Still no problem. I get it happens. I asked about the battery and this is where it starts to go down hill. He asked me where they were, I don't think, Ive been in this store a total of three times by now! Tye young lady I bought it from last time just got it. I finally found it and I told him I had never paid for the battery. I did ask if hew was new, but not rudely. I understand if he was, but he got real defensive and started saying I needed to be nice to him and he could kick me out. For asking a question, because he seemed so lost. He call 2 people (1 wrong number) and then his boss, who couldn't even answer the question. It's too much. Never have I been treated this way over something so small. It only takes one time to mess it up. I will not be going back in there. Its a small town and could use the business but I will go somewhere else....

Wow, sitting outside the store right now @9:48am on Monday July 14th and doors locked lights out still and nobody here. Supposed to beopen at 9.
