I've called several times to make a payment every single time they claim there to busy to get on the line I understand people are busy we all have things to do but at least do yr job it doesn't take nothing but 5 mins answer the phone take the information issue resolved. People are to lazy nowadays to even answer a phone sad what this world...

Francis that works at city hall handling utility payments is absolutely horrible. After hearing my credit card information incorrectly she preceded to say, " How about you call back when you actually have the right cc number." And hung up on me! What a great representation...
