Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Totally unprofessional. When asked about pricing on U-hall truck responded with "well if you had done your homework you would know". We still attempted to rent a truck from them and where given the WRONG information multiple times and told we needed cash. Then it wasn't enough and they couldn't split the payment so we could put the rest on the card. Anthony read my step daughters card number out loud in the store with other customers present. ALL OF THE CARD INFO WAS READ OUT LOUD! She has to get a new card now. When she got upset and cried a little he told the woman on the phone she was being AGRESSIVE!?!? So I asked if we put all the money in the bank could we come be k and just run the card and he said that was fine. We call U-hall to complain and they called him and he LIED and said he had refused to rent to her because she didn't have enough money. Well guess what? I got proof he is lying I got it...

Terrible experience. We reserved a uhaul, and my wife went to go pick it up. Anthony was extremely rude to my wife, and myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Never will we do business at this place again. It’s ridiculous how these small businesses are allowed to treat customers. Hopefully something changes.

Tuesday 10/2/2018 I stopped in to look at the brush trimmers they had for sale. Good quality products of Echo and Stihl. The gentleman was super nice and we talked about my work load and me needing a walk behind. He went as far as to ask for my name and number and he would talk to his salesman about ordering one. Pleasant experience from this small town family...
