City Drawers — Local services in Hallowell

My experience today at City Drawers is one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I usually resort to online retailers as customer service at brick and mortar shops has been disappointing. Today, Heather at the Hallowell (sp?)shop was fantastic. She’s extremely intuitive, honest, charming, kind, and knowledgeable. She’s quick to suggest product that reassures me that she listens and “gets it”. I left with exactly what I needed and a bit more. She is ordering what wasn’t available in store for my next visit. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I went in for the first time today, the woman who helped me was AH-MAZING. She was super nice, made me feel so comfortable… she guessed my size just by looking at me and gave me TONS of options in my sides to try. I have never known my true size, let alone been able to find something that fits and is in stock in any other store..so to come here and have SO many options was a breath of fresh air. What a great experience I had! My intent was new bras. But I had no idea I would get a fitting. I was visiting the area and was browsing the street. Chrisana greeted me and we chatted and bam, I have fitting. Not going to lie. Never had a fitting. But I highly recommend it. I seriously was delulu about my size.
