The landscaping for this shopping center has always been beautiful and i’m devastated to see that some uneducated no count landscaper has mounded dirt around all of the beautiful trees. I hope someone sees this and fixes it before irrepetible damage comes to the trees. A trees root flare MUST be exposed. Mulch should be level...
