Tommy K's Plaza — Local services in Hamden

I was upsold to a monthly membership, once signed up my sessions were limited to 5 minute sessions in level 1 bed for the first week despite having a base tan from my gym. The customer service in Wallingford was fair, however in Hamden it was extremely bad. DO NOT sign up for monthly membership until you have gone a couple times to see how they operate. Also, there will not be a refund only an option to cancel and have your membership cut short on that 15th- but you still pay for the full month. I am shocked at the customer service. I've been tanning for 20 years, and have never had this happen anywhere else, unfortunately moving to Cheshire limited my options.
