Horrible Customer service from manager DANIELA. First I go there 15 minutes before they close and ask about a vintage beach cruiser that’s listed for 12.00 needs new tires rusty let’s just say a crazy DIY PROJECT. I wanted to purchase and was told the price was actually 124.99 so being that it’s in horrible condition I ask the manager after being told to go the next day . I go the next day and Daniela tells me that’s the price well that’s the price... I tried to offer 80 the bike isn’t true vintage and it’s sold at target right now brand new for 153.00 so why pay 123 for something that looks like a project. Nope she wouldn’t take it. So I just bought my brand new bike at target. These prices are supposed to be affordable being that it’s a thrift store but it’s more like a super high end consignment shop prices with good will donations. Makes no sense. Horrible customer service and that’s coming from a LATINA.

Like the store. BUT GET MORE CASHIERS to move the line along faster! Especially when shoppers have carts piled high and most people have only a few things. It’s aggravating. There are 8 or more registers with only two cashiers working daily ….very inconvenient! Way too many workers stocking the racks. TRAIN MORE CASHIERS! Pricing is sometimes too high. Look for the sale colors to get a bargain. FYI They also park tractor trailers and trucks in parking lot that use up over 12 customer spaces! Go early to get a parking space or just get aggravated and leave and keep your money! Wednesday is ridiculously busy. NEVER ENOUGH REGISTERS OPEN BUT PLENTY OF PEOPLE STOCKING RACKS! AWFUL!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Parking isn't easy on busy days. It's always messy even tho most of the time there are at least 5 girls organizing constantly. Some of the prices are amazing and some are just ridiculous. My biggest complaint is kids run amok as their parents shop. It could be better but overall it's a decent thrift store. Expect it to be busy!

This place used to be great with reasonable prices. Not anymore! Just the other week they wanted 200$ for an expired, beat up Marc Jacobs perfume, lol. Then went to the register with my items and got the older Latina lady with the glasses.(she's horrible) She told me the used curling iron I was buying was not $14.99 but $19.99. Yes, 20$ for a worn out curling iron even though the sticker said $14.99. It was clear the sticker was NOT tampered with and she was telling me 14 was actually a 19. Whatever I paid the extra 5$. Then went to get a flat iron with the same price and showed it to another cashier and asked is this 14.99$ or 19.99$ Two cashiers and a manager looked at it and said 14. Unbelievable!!! Also, some of the younger staff are just obnoxious. For instance, they say you get 3 minutes to ask to look at things behind the counter right? They even have a timer. She set the timer and I'm quickly trying to point out the things I want to look at from the case. She's talking and giggling with another worker, doesn't stop the timer, then once she finally opens the case, instead of grabbing the products and giving them to me, she's standing there examining it herself, smelling it and playing with it. Omg, finally beep beep beep times up I've looked at 2 of the 5 things and tell her I'll take one of the products. She rings me up and then tells me she can only ring up that one product and I'd have to get in line and pay at the other register for the other things that didn't come from the case! 🙄Also, they have racks and racks of clothes, many still with tags, but only a tiny mirror in the back. So everyone is trying to try on clothes and fight to get a glimpse in the mirror. The store is full of TVs displaying messages like "Cash only" but 1 lousy mirror in the back. This store has gone completely down hill, sadly! I used to really love it. Sometimes I even look up products to find they are charging the same as or even more than if you were to purchase it from the store brand...

One the most disgusting shopping experiences I’ve ever had in my life! I live over an hour away from this store in PA. I was so excited to come here because I heard they had a great selection on Coach purses! When I checked out, thats when the horrible customer service began! It was my first time in the store and I didn’t know they kept their higher end bags behind the counter. I knew I wanted to purchase a few. It was really hard to see the bags because they were bunched up. I asked if they would let me come behind the counter to see the bags. I was told no. David, the cashier refused more than 3 bags at a time. I wanted to see more so I can make an informed decision! He rolled his eyes, talked about me in Spanish to his coworkers. He then told me I had one minute left to look at the bags because he was visibly annoyed with me. The store had 30 mins before closing. Absolutely disgusting customer service! My total came to $320.31. I was so shocked when they told me they were a cash only store. I had to go the ATM. And make 2 transactions because the machine maxed out at $200 per transaction. I paid a whopping $4.50 per transaction in fees. I’ve never been so disgusted by a store and their horrible customer service. Save yourself a trip. Especially if you live in a different. I should’ve stayed in my area and shopped the Goodwill. I would’ve spent less and been treated better! I hope corporate see this! Because this is how paying customers are being treated when they come into your store!...

Just left the store with two minutes to spare. I was glad to hear that you guys extended your closing hours to 9p because I work in healthcare and could make it to your store to find a top. I arrived at 825p with my two daughters before closing my birthday is coming up and some of my items didn't arrive so I am on damage control before my flight in the am. As soon as we entered Mary and Darialas I'm not sure how it's spelt we're in the back recovering the store then another lady began walking around screaming the "store is closing"❗️❗️ the "store is closing" ❗️❗️it was only 830 ( I've worked in retail and I understand but 840 845 would have been appropriate. I have been shopping here for years and I have seen and heard some things but the stuff these women began to let fly out of their mouths was disgraceful im not sure if they thought I didn't understand the language but I do 😌 and my daughter was watching her tablet and has video of some of it. I just need to make a suggestion that you guys do a more thorough hiring process because you never know who is who. Also if you don't like your job get another one because people who patronize this business deserve respect no matter their...
