I had purchased a brand new iPhone 13 pro with mike after being up sold on a “great deal” that credits you 700$ for the new phone and the return of an old phone. I had given my old iPhone into the store and walked away with the new iPhone 13. Two days later the screen did not function. The screen responded to nothing even plugging and trying to restore on my Mac. I had brought the phone into geek squad in Princeton to see if they could fix. The could not check the phone in or service my phone because it was a defective phone with bad software from the box. I had went directly back to the store and asked for them to exchange my phone for a new one. Cool no problem. They reviewed the phone and approved for a new device. Upon arrival I was unable to use any device as they had taken my only working device as a trade in. I waited over a week for the new phone, came back into the store and handed them my non working iPhone. They were in the process of returning the phone when someone told me they cannot return the phone due to a extremely minor chip in the corner which was done either by them or geek squad. Mind you I have a business I need my phone to process transactions and book clients. They refused to return the phone although the tiny scratch had nothing to do with the actual hardware. The manager blamed my children saying they possibly did it, when the phone had been inside of my car unable to use for weeks. I expressed to them how I have spend over 400$ for activation, fees, taxes and even the plan that I haven’t been able to use at all. I am so disappointed as they are making me wait 30 days to get the phone screen fixed through assurance, which voids the 30 day warranty. Even with the replacement of a screen to fix a scratch you can’t even see, it does not fix the problem of the software. Scam don’t go here and be out 1400$. Do not listen to lies they tell you of wanting to help, they want to scam you and take your money. They will make you feel like a piece of garbage for asking them to fix something that was defective from the box. Go to apple directly or use a different service. Thanks mike for hindering my business causing me to lose money out of my pocket. Read moreCame into the store with my family looking to switch over from at&t. It was around 8:20 at night, and the store closed at nine. There was not another soul in the place when we walked in, and we were completely ignored. After a minute I approached the woman at the front, asking for assiantce, and described our needs. The other workers in the back of the store sighed and shook there heads in anger, because they were closing in a half hour. Not one person smiled at us, just staring us down from all corners of the store. We asked for the phones we wanted, and every worker congregated in the back, talked, then came out. They said they had none of the phones we wanted and to come back tomorrow. Although we didn't even give them exact specs of what we wanted. Throughout this time, more stares from every worker, even heard one complaining about how he had just ordered food. Just terrible service from these people who seem to be dead on the inside, with no drive to finish the perfect sale we had offered them. 4 new phones we needed! We will not be coming back here. The lady even asked my son why he was laughing, (because he was so uncomfortable with the stares.) which was extremely rude. I understand it was late, but no one should Be this miserable. Thanks...
Read moreMy screen shattered on my phone and after hours of Verizon customer service arguing with me on the phone and being EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful I was ready to switch to a new carrier after 14 years of service. I begrudgingly went to the wireless zone thinking it would be my last time in the store because I was set to switch once the Edge Agreement ended. I was relieved to find that the salesman, Joey Ingraffia, went above and beyond to help find the best options for me. He went extremely far out of his way to make sure he took the time to help me. He gave me a loaner phone, helped me lower my bill, and helped me with future phone and plan options. He was beyond helpful and extremely patient and pleasant. This is the first time I have ever written an online review, but I wanted to take the time to compliment his professionalism and excellent customer service. I am extremely grateful. If not for him I would still be planning to switch carriers. Thanks Joey! The wireless zone is the place to go, they actually value you as a customer and it's not a big headache like the Verizon stores or over the phone...
