I brought my truck in for a simple tune up, their mechanic broke a spark plug, dropping porcelain fragments in the cylinder damaging the heads when they fire it back up. They are charging me an additional $2400 for the repairs they have to do. My truck was running fine, it was just time for spark plug replacements now they have had my truck for over a week. I told them I am going to lose my job because of how much time I've lost but all I hear is "We'll try and have it for tomorrow" The manager is very polite and acts concern but has refused any liability. A honest shop would have admitted their mistake and made it right, not this place.
