I am giving two stars for the recovery but my experience at Chick-fil-A today was seriously horrible. We went to this location on Wednesday and it wasn’t great but we decided to go back to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Today was worse than the last visit! We went in and the cashier was very nice but very inexperienced and unsure of how to ring things up. After our order was placed we sat down and when our order was brought out I opened my Cobb salad and put all of the dressing on and noticed there were no eggs. So I went to the cashier and told her where she rolled her eyes and apologized (not being rude to be but seeming embarrassed that happened) and then told another lady. This lady then turned and asked me what was wrong. I told her there were no eggs on my Cobb salad and she asked, “do you want eggs?” So I said “yes, I ordered a Cobb salad.” She then responded, “so do you want eggs?” When I said yes, she turned and told the woman in the back cooking and she rolled her eyes, I waited 3-4 minutes, and she came back and literally threw the container on the counter. The other woman grabbed it and held it out toward me but never looked in my direction or said anything at all. Once I took it, there were three slices of boiled eggs in there… like a third of an egg. I go back and start eating my salad which tasted off… I start moving the lettuce around and it was all browned and wilted. Minutes later one of the Chick-fil-A managers must have noticed I was frustrated so she came by and asked was everything okay, she was so nice and replaced my salad with nuggets but the experience was already pretty sour. Half of the staff had decent customer service skills and wanted to try but the other half didn’t seem like they cared one way or the other. Just rude and the food was not good. Also, they were out of kids toys and must have had some kind of issue with eggs considering their stinginess with the boiled eggs. We will not be back to this location unless...
Read morewe always mobile order When we first started coming to this location instead of the Railroad one (this location is closer to our home), the experiences were great. Friendly staff, quick service, and correct orders. We started going again recently after not having Chic-fi-la for a while and we’ve had issues every single time we’ve gone in the last 2 weeks. Last week, I used my birthday reward for a cookie and got no cookie. No biggie, they were busy— we’re all human and make mistakes. We went again, and I ordered 2 Cobb salads, one with grilled nuggets and one with fried. Got both salads with fried nuggets. Again, it was fine but just disappointing that we didn’t get what we ordered. Today, we went again and I ordered the new maple bacon sandwich with a regular filet and no pickles. I got a spicy filet and it had tomatoes on it, which doesn’t even an option to be removed from the sandwich so I don’t get how they came on there. The food is always delicious but it’s just disappointing that we’re having issues with the orders not being correct. I guess it falls partially on us for not checking, but it also shouldn’t be an issue with getting the correct order. The mistakes aren’t that big of a deal and we will still eat what we get, but the inconsistency is disappointing. Next time don't cut the pay of people doing other people's jobs. 🤣
Cutting people's pay rate at the end of 2 weeks of them working, having it affect the pay for work already received is trashy.
Putting people out in freezing cold weather for 4+ hours without providing jackets and running out of your "hot hands" is trashy.
Putting your team out for 8 hours in the middle of the heat in summer with broken misters is trashy.
Bulling your team members and making racist comments about your team is trashy.
Honestly, this Director has found every way he could to make the worst of such an amazing brand.
What a shame. I hope that all of your team members find jobs where they are not bullied, manipulated and taken...
