First time here: Upon entry there was no one to seat us, so we thought we were supposed to seat ourself, then as we got a menu and were headed to our table someone came out and greeted us, but she got a little snippy that we had gotten our own menus off the counter and found our own table. The atmosphere was nice and calm, few other guests were already seated and chit chatting. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. There was a different person to take our order than the first girl who greeted us. We started with The Vietnamese eggrolls which were good but the dipping sauce was too thin. For drinks we went with The Thai tea, strawberry milk tea and the jasmine milk tea which were all delicious. I ordered the Deluxe Beef Noodle Pho with shrimp added. The broth was probably the best I've ever had, very aromatic at flavorful. I didn't even need to add any sauces. My husband ordered The Sriracha shrimp fried rice which he says is fantastic. The Heat is not overpowering the flavor. It's the perfect balance of sweet heat. Shrimp was cooked perfectly in both dishes. The owners cousin came out and chatted with us a few minutes and we expressed our gratitude as well as gave our compliments to the Chef. We forgot to take pictures of our food. We spent $113 for all this plus 2 extra take home plated of shrimp fried rice. Will...
Read moreArrived yesterday at 4pm, it had an urine stinch. We sat to eat, ordered fried pork spring rolls (comes without cilantro), viet fried spring rolls, couldn't eat them (they don't taste authentic & moreso, not made fresh), gayoza (was ok but the sauce is terrible), combo poboy (too much fried pork, not enough ham, no mayo or siracha on it), the drinks are always good. Been a frequenter for several years, the quality of the food has gotten worse as the prices have literally doubled. I'd rather drive to my hometown in New Orleans to get the authentic stuff for half the price. The staff members are friendly, but don't look like they've showered in a few days, which makes me very uncomfortable. You want to charge high prices, have a higher expectation at your business with food quality & staff presentation. I left a 15% tip bc I will be feeding what we didn't eat to my dog. After spending over $100, the guy that retrieved my bill didn't even thank me, he seemed disappointed I didn't tip more, well buddy, if I'm spending over $100 for 2 people, I'm expecting better service all around. Never again, Everytime we go, it's worse than...
Read moreI consider myself a regular at pho grace and for the most part am happy with my experience. Today I ordered on Door dash and had a limited amount of time to receive my order. I was not notified that my main part of my order was not available and didn’t find out until my driver showed up without it unaware that she was missing a large part of my order. Upon calling Pho Grace, I was spoken to very inconsiderate that the entree was not available and therefore refunded. I was handled very unprofessionally and lack of communication on the restaurant left me to have to go to work without food paying $30+ for a tea and small app. Obviously I would have cancelled the whole order and ordered elsewhere. When I tried to call again for the manager, they kept canceling my call. The staff in the restaurant is too young with poor people skills. Step it up, Pho Grace, with communication and...
