My family and I switched from Verizon to AT&T on May 6th. We switched 4 lines. The associate in Carlisle was very kind and handled our transaction efficiently. However, we left with 2 phones that night and the other 2 needed to be ordered. My husband received his phone 3 days later, and mi e was set to arrive on the 11th. Well, the 11th came and went and the delivery on phone was pushed back to June 6th. Realizing that I could not wait that long, I chatted with customer service and they told me which stores locally had my phone. They told me to stop in and explain what was going on. The store associate would be able to cancel the order, and get me a new phone in store. They should be able to get everything changed over and I would be able to leave the store that night with a new phone. Since I was going to be in Harrisburg that Friday, I planned to stop at the Johnstown Rd store. When I arrived at the store the Associate Steve told me that there was nothing he could do to help me in store, and I would have to contact customer service to have the pending order cancelled. I informed him that I did contact customer service and they told me to come to.the store and it could be handled. He told me he was sorry and that there was really nothing he could do to help me. So I left. That Saturday my husband and I went into the Enola store. We explained to the young man what was happening. He asked if we would mind waiting to speak to Andre because he himself was new and Andre was the manager. We said that was fine. When Andre was done helping his customers, he came to assist us. We again explained the situation. 1 phone call later, and about 45 minutes of his time and we left the store happy and with a new phone in hand!!! Andre will now be my go to person if I have any questions or issues our devices. His customer service is amazing and should be...
Read moreI was in the store on June 11th to have my 6s iPhone info transferred to a phone given to me by my son in law. Hunter and 2 other employees were working. All were extremely helpful and polite! The previous week i was at the att store in Altoona pa. I couldn’t do anything on my phone... it kept saying it needed activated. The young lady who met me at the door dismissed it as an Apple problem not an att problem. She told me to call apple, but I kept explaining I couldn’t make any calls on my phone so I finally convinced her to let me use a phone in the store. After 1.5 hrs on the phone, a young man came Over to me while I was on hold and actually fixed my Phone in less than a minute. Turned out it WAS an att problem. The Enola store employees were friendly, and I would come back anytime! In fact, after leaving, my phone went into a zoom screen and I drove back ... Hunter greeted me and fixed the phone quickly. The next day I had another issue and I called the Enola store and spoke with Chantelle who also fixed my issue. I want to thank Hunter and Chantelle for wonderful customer service and please continue what you are...
Read moreWent in to upgrade my phone. Customer service rep tells me I can upgrade my plan and save a significant amount of money on my bill. I'm skeptical, but he seems knowledgeable and friendly so I accept, after confirming that the bottom-line cost will indeed be smaller. Get home and log in to my account to find that the rep at this location added several additional services to my plan without asking me! I was signed up for a home security package, and an additional insurance package, without being asked. He also signed me up for a premium unlimited data package, instead of the starter package. He didn't explain the difference to me in the store, nor did he ask me which one I'd like to signup for. The online bill when I left the store was $100 more than the number that the rep quoted me in the store. We called AT&T and thankfully they were responsive, understood our frustration, and removed the unwanted services from the plan. However, I wish that we didn't have to go through that and that the rep was honest and up-front. Either way, I don't think I'll be taking my...
