Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hampden Township

ATTENTION CORPORATE! NOTICE NOTICE!!!!

I walked in the front door while 5 people were in the back and waited for almost 5 minutes before someone who had made eye contact with me multiple times finally spoke to me on the expediting line. "You can order using the Kiosk." She said, while I stood there irked. "I'm not here to order, I'm here for a mistake order!" I yelled. "Well then you're going to have to wait." She replied.

Abhorrent! And if that wasn't bad enough the next thing I see is an employee wearing his taco bell shirt rolled up to his arm pits! THAT IS DISGUSTING! Even worse he had his shirt tucked in by only 1 corner at his hip while the rest of his shirt slug around his waist. My stomach began turning as I watched him walk around the lobby with keys.

This store is by far the worst taco bell store in the area! I have never in my life had such an awful experience, and the worst part of all is that it was ALLOWED by everyone there! Not a single person spoke up or corrected even one of these behaviors! THE BURRITO that was remade EVEN HAD NEXT TO NO CHEESE ON IT! I could hardly even taste cheese! How is this acceptable?!

Please review the cameras. This all happened starting at about 9:45 PM on 06/08/2023 when a family walked out. They left the exact same time I came in. Please review the footage of your staff and address this immediately. This conduct is beyond...

I mean the food was fine. It was the service. My daughter likes sour cream. I specifically asked for it because the last time we visited they forgot and brought it out in a cup. Again, same person was at register so I ordered it with meal. We sat down and my daughter goes, they forgot sour cream again. She's nine so I have to go up and ask. I said I ordered sour cream with the food. She said its 69 cents and rang it up on register. I had to run back, get my wallet and check to make sure it wasn't on the receipt. Not a, I'm sorry I forgot or anything. It wasn't on receipt so I paid but come on! The next people in line also had issues. My daughter said her and her Dad were never going back because everytime they go it takes forever. I'll stick with one by my house off rt 22...

I simply wanted to order inside because i cannot fit my van through the drive through. Obviously a van that is 10’ tall and a sign that says 9’ clearance would clearly tell you that you cannot fit. I walked inside and woman tells how did you get inside. I simply said “I walked in the door”. Not being rude just honest. And she snaps back and yells through the whole place about leaving the door unlocked and then proceeded to tell me that i cannot order inside to go i have to go in the drive through. Obviously i can’t fit so long story short don’t listen to taco bell employees because you will hit the overpass. If i cant get waited on inside when they got like 10 employees working than i don’t need to eat at taco bell...
