Starbucks — Restaurant in Hampden Township

Don't waste your time going here. This used to be my go to Starbucks locations but over the past couple of years, it has really went down hill. Most of the time, the baristas appear annoyed that they have customers. Yesterday the baristas were too involved in personal conversations with others, that they were leaving the customers that have already paid waiting too long to receive their purchases. I'd be fine with waiting if the drinks were made good, but EVERY time we go to this location, the drinks are mediocre at best and they always forget the carmel/mocha topping on the frappuccinos. I've been to many starbucks locally and out of state, this is by far the worst one. Make the extra trip to Senate plaza or the pike locations or go to Dunkin since Starbucks doesn't seem to care enough to crack down...

Been stopping here all week while I am in town working a local event. The Monday -Tuesday employees were friendly and seems professional, today "Wednesday Feb 7th" the morning crew was horrific. Not only were they rude but openly bashing and complaining about coworkers while ignoring customers. Their espresso machine was also broken and lady who looked like a manager was too busy leaning against a counter complaining to help serve any customers. Stay away for this location...it is embarrassing and a terrible way to...

I had a lovely time at this Starbucks. The staff was fabulous! I ordered a Red velvet freppie but did not like it at all. I told the server and she was succha darling .. she replaced it with a custom made salted caramel and added some chocolate chips to it OMG it was yummilicious.

The outsides sitting area is just awesome plus the view is gorgeous.

Overall, had a fabulous time & I am totally hooked on to...
