0 stars if could. My boss took us here for a little fun. Very outdated and smelly. The main problem honestly was the beyond rude woman at the desk. There is a sign stating no food/drinks, after they pointed it out to us I approached the desk to tell her I just had surgery and was on a specialized scheduled diet (I had a small lunch bag). Before I could even finish my sentence she crossed her arms and in the most vile tone said "it isn't allowed" and "I won't be responsible if your food contaminates my building". I work in customer service and truly wasn't trying to fight, argue or not follow the law. I was just trying to see if there was anything that would be able to work out with my medical situation. Instead of suggesting the prepackaged items (that are allowed) she proceeded to ramble. After I realized there was no way to have a respectful conversation I walked away and she continued to talk trash. I was shocked to learn she was the OWNER!

This could have all been avoided if she was able to communicate and nicely explain or apologize for the inconvenience instead of sounding like a bitter angry person that should be the furthest away from customer service. She doesn't deserve to...

So basically if you are older and playing in a league then it's enough. But if you're trying to have a day with the family find another place for sure. It's old and worn down and that's one thing but even the bowling shoes are falling apart. They also only allow bumpers for kids 6 and under so if you have any kids that are 7-9 that don't know how to bowl, they sadly watch their bowling ball hit the gutter every time. The vending machines don't have much in them (half empty) and the games glitch non-stop. Even their claw machine is glitched to take only dollar bills although there is an option for coins (it doesn't work). The staff is really just there. They don't seem happy to even be there and we all have days like that so its whatever. Basically it's not a good fit for a family but will probably get the job done for bowling with your buddies and...

Very rude owners. I will never be coming back to this bowling alley again! Place smells like it’s rotting away, food is terrible and what is even worse is the attitudes!!! The lady at the bar yelled at my kids, saying they “are not to play in the bar(kids are 11 and 2)”. I was grabbing drinks for them and they were there to help carry them. Food is disgusting. Over all…terrible place to go for any sort of fun. If you want to go somewhere to have assigned seating and get yelled at for every little thing…this is the place to go! I’m surprised I was even allowed in the bathroom without raising my hand and asking if I could use it. Only reason why we were there is because Monitor was not available. It is all family that works there so I doubt anything will get fixed. But change your attitudes and you might get...
