Subway — Restaurant in Hampton Township

Pulled in the drive thru and there was only a truck waiting to order at the menu board ahead of me . I seriously waited 15 minutes before pulling out and walking in . There was 3 people inside and only one guy before me yet to order with 3 girls making sandwiches. There is an attractive darker complected female who was making 2 foot long subs that she started before the guy in front of me ordered and was still making them after I ordered and paid for my food while the other girls worked around her . She actually took an order on her headset while making the sandwich , taking no notes and even stopped and took a break to go and get a drink of water and had to wash her hands and put new gloves on to come back and finish making the same two subs . While this was going on a woman walked in and looked at the order ahead rack and didn’t find her subs , one of the girls recognized her and said the girl I’m describing above is making her sandwich’s right now .. as I’m paying the girl who said that then apologizes to the woman and said those are not actually her order and she began to make them . I pay and get in my truck and see the guy who was originally in front of me at the drive thru finally pull up to the pick up window as I’m driving away . I will say the sandwiches that girl took forever to make looked like something Subway could have used in their advertisements , it was meticulous but even watching her cut it in half was painstakingly slow . It’s like she has some OCD where everything had to be perfectly symmetrical on her subs , they looked great but seriously took her over 5 minutes to make them while the other girls are scrambling to get orders out . My wrap was delicious but I only get a 30 min lunch and despite only having one person ahead of me both inside and out and I had spent 25 minutes there waiting to order and paying . It’s unfortunate that these isn’t any other somewhat healthy options in this area to go to but Subway and I can’t risk stopping there unless I know ahead of time I’m going to be in the area and order ahead , but even then it doesn’t look like it’s a guarantee your order while be ready . The lady who was waiting on hers said “ it’s ok , I get an hour lunch and just work around the corner “ to make the girls feel better not having it ready . This subway was so nasty, the floors were covered in receipts, straw wrappers, and dirt. The bathrooms were filthy too. I ordered online 2 footlongs, got there about 30 minutes later, 2 employees one of the Marisa and the other the assistant manager are just standing around, we all sit (me and some friends. One of which also had an online order) after about 1.5 minutes they asked if we had online orders to which we said yes. They gave us our drinks and then a couple minutes later asked if it was okay that my pizza sub came without pizza sauce because theirs was old and nasty. I said “no? Can’t you just make more?” The manager then went to the back to “see what she can do” well after waiting another 10 minutes I finally decided to cancel my order as it’s getting really snowy outside and the roads are bad. Only stopped here for convenience anyways…. Well the manager tried to say “well your sub is in the toaster now you don’t want it?” Of course not! The store was filthy and the employees were rude. Not a single welcome or smile between the two of them. Their excuses were “well we just got here” I’m a manager too… do your walkthrough before your shift!!! This was awful -20/10 y’all need customer service training. I can only imagine how old that food was if the pizza sauce...

Horrible. I ordered online, went and got gas, went to the grocery store, went to the pet store and an hour later went to pick up my sandwiches which I hoped would have been ready! A young curly haired man apologized and said it was the next sandwich in line. He was very kind and I wish he had completed my order. Instead, a woman "helped" me. Again, my order was online so they had it writing for reference. She started working on my sandwich. Wrong bread, added the wrong items, put dressing on which flooded the sandwich and when I asked her if she was making it for me she was clearly annoyed. I told her it was wrong and asked her to fix it. They were two orders made the exact same way and when I asked her to fix the second sandwich I got the same attitude. I could ring the salad dressing out of my sandwiches. This is why I ordered light dressing. Every time I have ordered online here they've gotten the order wrong. Every single time. Remember, I waited an hour before I went there and spent another 30 minutes waiting for this woman to finish them and ended up walking out with the wrong sandwiches because I didn't want to deal with her any further.
