I hate that I have to leave such a bad review. If I could leave zero stars I would. I was first introduced to this company during a festival and fell in love with their oils. I live an hour and a half away from their shop so I emailed them if I can purchase it online and they mail it to me. They said okay. I sent them a photo of the oil I had and that I wanted to order 2 bottles. They sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT product and her excuse was that the staff labeled it wrong and that oils and scents change with the season. All that might be true. Although doubt it. But as the consumer, it is not my job to account for mislabeled products or seasons. If I pay for a product, I am expecting that product. If it’s going to be different, then this needs to be disclosed to the customer beforehand. I offered to return the oils unused but the owner refused and instead decided to argue with me. I do not wish to go back and forth with anyone so I ended the conversation and disputed the charge. Good luck to anyone ordering from this...

Beyond the class, the store is a treasure trove of beautifully crafted candles, soaps, lotions and other thoughtful gifts. You can tell everything is made with care and intention. Whether you're shopping or joining a workshop, this place is more than a store—it’s an experience.
