So lets start with the Pros: Convenient online ordering and the staff is friendly and attentive. Typically when you walk by, the place is empty. Wasnt sure if is this was because most people are ordering take out or the food wasnt the best. I typically take it as a sign of the latter, but decided to give it a try anyway. I did an online order and the food was ready when i got there, was still hot and neatly packed. Cons: I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and the House Lo Mein. The chicken had a decent flavor, but was hard. From either over cooking, or sitting too long. The white rice was perfectly cooked. The Lo Mein was a good portion, with big pieces of meat, and the noodles was cooked perfectly, but lacked flavor overall and was too dry. I also noticed there were upcharges for any extra sauces. I typically frown on this. While understanding there are business expenses, I also feel the business should eat some of the smaller expenses in the interest of customer service. Example, .50 cent for a extra packet of Duck Sauce or Soy Sauce I think is too much. And some of the other sauces sauces are more than that. Prices are a little lower than some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area, but that cancels out if there are upcharges for condiments. Overall, food was lackluster at best.

I’m back everybody! The food is 5.5/10 and service is 4/10. It’s not a lively Chinese restaurant but it gets the job done, and they tend tend give a lot of food. Today is my third time here and I ordered the Spicy Singapore noodles and a lemonade. She didn’t specify that it was pink lemonade when I ordered. I was given a pink lemonade which isn’t what I was expecting. No big deal. I asked if they had regular lemonade instead.. I was told, “It’s the same thing. The color is just different.” I repeated that I didn’t want it and she just stared at me. So, I asked if I could get sweet tea. I usually get sweet tea anyway because theirs has been good. It shouldn’t have taken a whole conversation to switch a PAID drink out. She had no intention on asking me if I wanted something else. Rule #1: If a customer isn’t satisfied with a product (especially if they already paid AND hadn’t consumed it.) You should ask what you can do to make it better. I apologize that you had to pour out pink lemonade? Also, their score made me think twice about coming back. I hadn’t noticed it before but it’s hidden behind the tree (where customers won’t immediately see it?) It’s the only Chinese food in downtown Hampton so I hope they improve. Oh yea! And it cost too much.

I think this is plastic it appears to be covered in dirt idk. Please be careful when you cook people food. The fried rice is perfect we had the garlic chicken loved it. The veggie mei fun is great too. I had the pork mei fun didn’t like the pork. The customer service was great he was very efficient and helpful. I would like to try it again bc it’s only three minutes away, but they charge almost $5 for delivery even though we’re close by. The prices are really good.

I ordered the sweat and sour shrimp about an hour ago. Food gets here with the sweet and sour sauce spilled all over the bag and order. Dripping on the ground with all the rice and shrimp which is separated original mixed up and at the bottom of the bag out of the carton . As you know this is very unsanitary because the outside of these boxes are usually handle by gloveless hands and are sitting on some table or counter . When I asked the driver what happened . He said sorry and walked off. I ran up to catch him and asked what his name was . He replied "Michael" after taking about 6 or 7 seconds to think about it. He tells me to call the manager and he will give me the money back for the order. When I called a woman puts me on hold for about 10 minutes while she asks her manager what they should do. I asked her if there was a discount or something especially since I paid the guy a tip also. Her and her manager are still going back and forth trying to see if I'm lying or not lol. Then she says we don't have anybody by the name of Michael . So I give her a physical description if the man and she stays quiet again and puts me on hold. Then final she's still going back and forth with the manager and he say he will give me 10% off the next order!. I just paid 30$ for a meal and he's offering 3$ basically off the next order. I paid more then that just in the tip. I go to explain I have been a customer for over 10 years. Her reply is we can remake the food if you drive back up here. I said, well ma'am I didn't make the mistake why should I have to do someone messes job. And she's basically done. So I told her have a blessed night and don't worry about it, our dog will eat...
