The lady told me she could replace two pieces of Mother of Pearl in my grandmothers necklace necklace for $40.00. About a month ago. I just went in there today, and she told me she's sure one of the stones is going to fall out when they clean it ,and she's sure of it. This is her opinion. She doesn't care or know that is a mikimoto pearl either. I asked her what solvent she was intending to use and she said its the heat that will make it fall out.Now the price went up to $100.00. If anyone knows any Jewlers around here with integrity let me know. I guess they make more money if they break your things before the fix them. People like that should work at...

At this establishment, I had two diamond rings sized. Upon return of the jewelry, one diamond was missing from one of the rings. When I went back to the store, to inquire about the missing stone, a female, sales associate rudely accused me of cursing in the store, and stated she did not want my "itty bitty diamond." It's unfortunate I had to pay for insults, unprofessionalism, and uncertainty. I stopped in this afternoon because I quickly needed 2 fingers sized for some specialty rings I am ordering online and the sales associate was extremely gracious and willing to take her time to help size me!
