I typically shop here because of fair prices and I like to shop local, however the customer service is horrible. I dropped off an item to be embroidered with only one small name and was told it would be two weeks. After two weeks went by I had not heard a response so I called to check on the item. I was told that it was not ready and they would 'get to it when they can'. This is not the way to run a business, they do not honor their deadlines and do not communicate with customers if there is some sort of change. Horrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, was never contacted, when my product never came, I called them. First they couldn't find my order, then they told me what I ordered was backordered.When I questioned why my money had been pulled from my bank when they had no product , I was told that they would refund my money. I told them that I wanted a product, not a refund, that this was supposed to be a gift. My daughter and I can't get enough of all their cute personalized stuff they make us. They are all talented but Kelli is my go-to girl. I can send her an email and simply say "can you make me something cute and blingy for Kenzie for tennis" and she nails it every time. 1-3 weeks typically to get something, which I think is fair.
