Hanford Auction House — Local services in Hanford

We have been very disappointed with our interactions (or should I say lack of interactions) with Geordyn. When we first met with her and her assistant, to discuss the terms of consignment and auctioning our items everything was positive and then it went downhill from there. After she collected our items, we heard very little from her. She had told us we would receive an invoice for items sold the following week after the auction ended. After over one month and seeing items of ours sold weekly and receiving no invoices, we contacted her inquiring about our account. She did not contact us back. We did finally receive one invoice a couple of weeks later. She charged us more on the invoice for her services than we discussed. She never answered when we called her. We have left numerous voicemails, sent numerous emails, and sent numerous text messages asking her to contact us and lately to set up an appointment to meet with her. In over 7 months with multiple messages sent to her, we have only received one text from her over four months ago saying she would respond to our questions and concerns. She NEVER did. We were recommended by a trusted friend to use Hanford Auction House. When we contacted the auction house, we found out it was being run by a different person now. Now with Geordyn running it, I highly recommend NOT use...

Just got in touch with this auction establishment in Hanford about sending some consignments over into their facility to be auctioned off. Everything seemed great until the lady got an attitude and told me that “my items didn’t appeal to bidders!” And “they are better with vintage.” Don’t get me wrong I understand vintage items will score you some money, but all my products are brand new. I make at least $3000 every week at the Visalia auction, so for her to say our items didn’t appeal to bidders just because she didn’t want to take the time to work with meI would definitely not recommend this auction to anyone looking to drop off consignments and that’s coming from the a business...

The guy treated me like I was 10 yrs old. I asked about a poster and its history. I knew some of what the poster showed. But his attitude towards me was absence. Plus later that day I saw he made a Facebook post and spoke horribly about and local store I shop at, over a childhood accident. He took it down but it's not the first time...
