Had 2 chairs upholstered. The chairs turned out good, but not how we ordered. When I asked the person that upholstered them, she said she was never told how to do them, so she did them how she thought. I asked her several times and she kept repeating that she was told NOTHING. When I asked Woody, the owner and the person that I placed the order with, he said he told her and she said she couldn't do it. I told him thats not what she said and he started back tracking on his story. He then started changing his story, I got fed up with his lies and just started negotiating price. I told him that his price was unacceptable for not doing the chairs how we requested, he gave me a $75 discount (keep in mind his original quote was $125 less than what he expected us to pay). I told him we thought paying the original quoted amount was fair and he said "No." We paid the $75 discounted price and away we went. He lost a future customer with us over $50. I'll find somewhere that actually appreciates business and making things right after...

I even went into the store and talked with the people that were working on the upholstery. They said I had to call the owner and get a quote and start date. Back to calling and no response. I have up. If they wanted business, they should have a way for customers to communicate and at least get a response.
