HAIR FOUND IN FOOD TWICE. MANAGER BLAMES CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE SERVICE!* Ordered big meal special Saturday. That night I found a hair in my fried shrimp. I thought maybe it was mine, could have been an eyelash. The next day I found another one and realized it definitely wasn't mine. I immediately called the restaurant asking to speak to the manager. The lady who answered the phone said the manager wasn't there and didn't speak english well. After asking and telling her I only wanted to speak to the manager about the hairs, I left my number and got a call back. Her english was decent enough, no surprise. I explained what happened and that I wanted to return all the leftover food for a full refund. I explained after finding a hair twice, my family felt uncomfortable eating there and I didn't want free food later. She keep saying no, that we messed up an online order and she tried to help my me. I told her charge me for the two egg rolls because my daughters didn't know the online eggroll wasn't veggie, you had to ask. I asked her to charge my two orders of egg rolls, $4.95 each, and minus it from my total of $45.26. The manager keep saying she did me a favor, she tried to help me, and could only refund the shrimp fried rice. I told her it was her responsibility as the manger to take care of the customer and providing excellent service is not a favor, it's an obligation. I told her if they had hairs in one thing, I don't trust then enough to eat anything from there. The food was taken back, five or six boxes, about 2/3. She said the fried rice wasn't returned which it was. She refused to refund anything and said hair in the food is not that bad. She argued with me quietly so other customers wouldn't hear about the hair in the food. Everything was left behind because she keep arguing and being rude. No money was returned.

That was my first time eating there after I saw the good reviews. I'll never recommend this place or eat there again. I don't like giving bad reviews unless it warrants it. She was a bad manager and kept acting like she was doing me a favor. I felt like vomiting after I thought of the rice being cooked with hairs in it and...

So I decided to give this place a try since I am new to the area and such. Based on the reviews I figured that the food had to be good right? Well me and my roommate ordered the Mongolian Beef while I got the Kung Pao Chicken. And we shared an order of pot stickers. IT WAS ALL UNAPPEALING.

The chicken was lacking flavor and the Mongolian beef was 'unconvincing' as per by my roommates' own words. He claimed that he was convinced that he was eating basic beef that was cooked. Maybe something like beef with vegetables and that's it. Finally, perhaps the most disappointing thing was the pot stickers; they were big and chucked with thick pork, leaving the inner regions to be uncooked compared to the outer ones. Also lacking favor, these dumplings were giving the impression that no form of seasoning/marinade was added into them.

Overall I am very disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen and I ordered for pickup and maybe there was an one time mistake, but I am not coming back. If you have a better experience, then I am...

9-1-24 For The first Time in 30 years I went home hungry. We always order the family style meal The portions have always been huge. However, the last two times we came here, the portions have been smaller each time. Today we ordered the 2 Person family style meal, yet received less then a single portion during previous visits. Infact, even the plates are smaller, the bean sprouts on the chowmain is almost 1/3 of what it used to be. This is very disappointing. Usually I get full and have some leftover for dinner later or lunch the following day.
