The beds here are very bad quality. Paid extra for them to install the bed, during the install they did it fast and it was cool they built it fast but they didn’t even build the bed correctly, after 3-4 months owning this bed the woods holding it started falling apart, the long wood holding everything got out of place so my bed would fall completely to the floor, I had called the store and asked if I can get it checked since I had warranty for 3 months but they ended up saying I needed to pay an extra $200 to add insurance and then they can come and look at it.
