1-14-19 I was shopping at Wavelength's for a bluetooth headset. The associate at Wavelengths who was helping me told me that if I wasn't happy with my choice I could return it within 15 days. When i paid for the item, she handed me my receipt, and printed another receipt, but told me that within 15 days, I could return the item only for store credit. Today, 1-18-19, I attempted to return the item with the receipt as I was not happy with my purchase. I was met by a different associate, and when told her of my purpose, she told me that bluetooth headsets could not be returned. I asked for store credit, and was again told that bluetooth headsets could not be returned, or exchanged. I would not recommend this store, and will post elsewhere. Not happy...
