If I could rate this place a zero I would. HORRIBLE customer service. All the employees there seem to be more interested in lunch breaks, then actually doing their job. Waited HOURS, just to get one question or issue fixed. The person that assisted me had no clue what to do. She informed me that something must be programed wrong on my husband’s phone.
