JCPenney — Local services in Hannibal

Absolutely love Penney’s! I was not a fan of this location when I last visited over a year ago, but this year you can see a big difference in staff and store overall. The new manager, I believe named Jordan was fantastic and helped me find all the items I was looking for. I never had any manager go out of their way in a store to ask if they could help me find things until now. He was very patient and courteous even when he was getting called so much to help others and did so with a smile. Will definitely be back and glad to see this store thriving with a new...

It's a smaller store that doesn't have a lot of what JO Penney actually carries. However, if you are into clothes, they do have plenty of that. There is some home decor, jewelry and kitchen stuffs but it's mostly clothes. We always go here for black Friday. But this time they didn't hand out as many tickets as they have in the past. We showed up only 20 minutes after the doors opened and they were already out of them. They should have had more to give out like they have in the past. It was very disappointing.
