Rent One — Local services in Hannibal

Will never buy anything from them. I was getting a fridge from them and my payment wasnt even a week late they called and I told them that they would get their payment next fri they were ok with it. Then they called me back 2 days later wanting their payment I told them that I talked to someone 2 days ago and they were ok with it then the manger started yelling at me that they cannt wait for thier payment and that they needed a payment or the fridge. Then 15 min later they called me again wanting thier payment and i told them the same thing and the manger started yelling at me again. So the next day they came to my house to get the fridge and my 14 yr old answered the door and said that I wasnt at home so then they proceeded to call the cops and say that my child was 8 yrs old and home alone and needed to be checked on. I also called them the same day that they called the cops on my childern for no reason and told them to come get the fridge becaise it was in the way of my new fridge and they didnt. But they was so worried about getting it. This store needs better management and I know that i am not the only person that has problems...

We ordered a brand new gas stove. It was delivered half put together. We have had it maybe 3 months at best. Noticed the front glass is coming down from the corner. The front and back of the stove gets so hot that it literally burns your fingertips to touch the knobs to turn it on. We called them to come out and check it out, the guy at first said it was normal to get hot like that then went on to say the hinges are either sprung from a child standing on it or the whole door needs replaced. I have a well mannered 8 and 10 year old, so for them to feel accused was messed up. I tried to explain it had been that way since day one. They weren’t sure if it was new or used which is nonsense because I specifically asked for it to be new. Seems they just tell you what you want to hear and then pass blame for their half put...

I love how you have different products for different seasons and products for young to old. When they are delivering products, they always put them where I'd want them to be. Rent One's employees will go over the contracts with you right in the store so you know what you can/can't do. They go over every fee that makes your total bill by your work pay schedule.
