34 Eden — Local services in Hanover Township

I am looking for a new home and I have watched this building come up. I decided to just pull in and take a look. It looks lovely. It looks perfect. I had an opportunity to talk to 4 of the renters here and I am glad that I did. It’s largely unoccupied. There are very few apartments that are occupied. The people I spoke with unanimously regret leasing here. There is zero security, thereby giving me access to enter the premises and talk to people. They have no maintenance people except a cleaner (who is, by all accounts, excellent). The place is clean. The amenities look nice but the renters I spoke with complained about cheap and haphazard interiors in their units: Broken shower rods, broken dishwashers, broken window shades, balcony doors that don’t open and close or seal correctly, no noise mitigation. Everyone I spoke with had the same complaints There is no on-site maintenance person and management ignores maintenance requests. The management is so negligent they reportedly don’t even bother to answer (read) emails from tenants. From the looks of the swimming pool there is little hope that it will be open by summer, or ever.. The place is a mirage. ...

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The building is brand new (opened Sept 2023), and everything feels fresh and modern. The maintenance team is particularly impressive – they’re always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any issues that come up. They live in the building and It's true they did not come into the fold until April/May 2024. But it’s clear they take pride in keeping the place in top shape. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, comfortable place to live, this building is a fantastic choice! I looked at 10 places in the surrounding area. This was the largest, best deal, and least amount per square foot. As far as the appliances, the stove and the washer and dryer are TOP of the line. The fridge is nice with no issues. The dishwasher is the only appliance that is of low quality, but it works. All appliances are GE. I do not have a noise problem with neighbors. Def enjoy...

34 Eden has been a fantastic experience. The community here is incredibly friendly, making it feel like home from day one. The apartments and common areas are always spotless, thanks to the dedicated staff who ensure everything is kept clean and inviting. We always hear nice compliments from our guests about how clean the building is. The property itself is well-maintained, and the covered parking is a huge plus, especially when it rains or snows.
