Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I hate to have to leave a bad review to any place, in fact this is probably the first time ever, but in today’s world with the cost of everything you get what you give, this was the second time I was disappointed in this place, I understand that things happen, but when two out of three things were terrible something needs to be addressed, my girlfriend took 2 bites of her sandwich and threw it away, not only was my grilled chicken sandwich so nasty, that I gave a piece of it to my cat, and the cat got sick,then I got sick, not trying to be nasty but come on, this is the second time we’ve paid over 32 dollars and have been completely unsatisfied, I was hoping this was an isolated issue, but seeing some of the other reviews I hope they do something, afraid...

I’ve been to this location twice since their opening and haven’t been completely satisfied yet. The first time was on grand opening day and I gave them grace but the sunjoy tasted off. Both times I went I wanted to get the BBQ sandwich but without bacon (both times I was told they couldn’t do that) I get that sandwich without bacon all the time so I know it’s doable. The first time I was forced to get a different sandwich and the second time I had to ask them to get someone else to assist me. I would give this location another chance because it’s close to my job and I love chic fil a but if it doesn’t get better I won’t return to this location. Stopped by on our way to family vacation. It was around 6:30pm there were long lines which is usual for that time. But one one person on register so long pick up food wait. While waiting witnessed multiple people come in saying that got the wrong food, missing food, or unhappy about the quality of food. The dining all trash cans were overflowing, bathroom trashcan had no bag in it. I felt bad for the women on register as she was trying her best to take orders, give out orders and help the many unhappy people coming back to complain while 2 managers were stood in dining area have personal conversations clueless to what was going on around.
